* CINDE reserves the right to refuse marketing material that is too large for bulky for conference bags
** Passes to the exhibitor hall including food (lunch and snacks) can be purchased at an additional charge to cover the cost of the food.

June 10, 2025 - Exhibitor hours: Approximately 10:00am - 4:30pm
June 11, 2025 - Exhibitor hours: Approximately 10:00am - 4:30pm
June 12, 2025 - Exhibitor hours: Approximately 10:00am - 3:00pm
June 12, 2025 - Exhibitor Load-Out: Approximately 4:00pm -6:00pm
