We invite all NDT professionals across the world to submit to the Pan-American NDT 2025 Conference. The program will feature presentations from leading researchers, technicians, companies, and organizations who will demonstrate the latest technologies, trends, tools, and techniques to the non-destructive testing community in Canada and the world.
We welcome submissions on all topics related to non-destructive testing and inspection:
· Practical presentations/insights
· Latest research and developments
· Advances in inspection technologies
· NDT in Art and Culture

Important Dates:
January 17, 2025 - Deadline for author/presenter title and abstract submissions
February 7, 2025 - Extended deadline for abstract submission.
- late submissions can be emailed directly to Wendy at w.hind@cinde.ca. Submissions will be reviewed with priority given to those submitted by the deadline.
February 28, 2025 - Author/presenter acceptance
-Acceptances have been sent out to all papers submitted by the paper deadline, however, there are a couple that did not have contact information. If you are one, please email Wendy.
April 4, 2025 - Preliminary program announced (conference registration required to be included in the program)
May 16, 2025 - Deadline for receipt of full presentations and papers
All submitted materials will be published in open access on our CINDE Conference Proceedings Database. They are also published on NDT.net.
Final versions of the accepted papers will be made freely accessible on NDT.net – Open Access Archive in a special issue of the e-Journal of Nondestructive Testing ISSN 1435-4934 (www.ndt.net/eJNDT).
